1 organic lemon, juice of (Meyer lemons are sweetest)
1/2 cup organic orange juice
1 – 1 1/2 cups organic baby spinach
1/2 cup organic frozen or fresh raspberries
1/2 – 1 organic banana
1/4 cup organic raw cashews or almonds
1/2 cup of ice, if you like it extra cold
1 inch organic ginger chopped
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
